How long will it take to get my order?

All custom products will be handcrafted individually for you. Cross stitch hoop art takes few hours to few days to complete a single piece by me. Please allow 10-20 days for delivery from the order date depending on the intricacies of your design. Therefore, would request your patience and we will make sure they are worth the wait :)

However, there are few exclusive (single piece only) festive and seasonal hoops which are all ready to be dispatched the very next day. Please check Diwali Specials.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I welcome custom cross stitch requests from you. Since each handcrafted piece takes few hours to few days sometimes, I can only take up a small batch of custom orders at a time. Therefore, would request your patience. For any query on custom orders, please directly reach out to me on Instagram. I will be happy to discuss with you if I can make it.

Incase you are gifting it to someone, I also provide a small postcard to write your personalised message.

Do you make all the designs single handedly?

Yes, I hand embroider & pack each piece myself. However, it is my niece, daughter, husband & the whole family who help me with new ideas/graphs, deliveries or just anything I can't manage myself like putting up this online store for you all. :)
